Abstract

The data analytics have changed with the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) whereby it enables the analysis of the huge volumes of data in a scalable, intelligent, and automated fashion. This is a review addresses the fundamentals of AI and ML, the key algorithms, tools, and techniques in data analytics and their use in various industries. It also mentions the challenges like data quality, interpretability of model, biasness of algorithm and computational constraints and adds the new trends like AutoML, explainable AI, and cloud integration. Analyzing such trends, the AI transformative prospects of efficient decision-making and innovativeness in data-focused settings are pointed out.
